Today marks the completion of my Starters Exercise Plan. For the last 20 days I have been working my butt off. I feel great and can’t wait to move onto level one. I have paired this with my arm exercises as well as either walking for 30 minutes or 15 minutes on the elliptical if I am at work. 





I followed this up with a new smoothie I just threw together.

Spiced Mango

1/2 cup of frozen mango chunks

6oz of Almond yogurt ( which is to die for)

1 scoop Protein Powder

1/4 cup of almond (more or less for desired thickness)

dash of cinnamon
