It’s getting hot you need something cold!

So down here is sunny Florida the weather is starting to change and Summer is slowing approaching. Which means its going to get VERY hot and VERY fast! I am so thankful to the person who created air conditioning without it I don’t know what I would do with myself! I am a born and bread Floridian but my heart and soul belongs up north in the snow. So I was looking on Pinterest the other day and I came across a picture similar to the one posted above but I think my own looks yummier. So I clicked on it and the person who wrote it says she was inspired by something she gets when she goes to Disney well that caught my eye because Disney is my second home. That is when I find the time in between working all of the time. All work and no play makes Jessi a dull girl….So I took her recipe and cut out a lot of the bad processed items and created this delicious looking Ice Cream/sherbet type frozen desert it is so simple to make and I had all the ingredients at home and readily available. The best part is if you have any leftover just place remainder in ice cube tray and use in a smoothie. This is guaranteed to make you mom, dad of grandparent of the day!

Paleo Sherbet

Time 5-8 mins

Serves 4-6

Food Processor

1 Cup Almond Milk ( I use unsweetened regular)

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 frozen mango

1 tbls honey

Place all ingredients in food processor or blender and blend until smooth. If it seems to runny just add more fruit to thicken it up. I was happy with how it came out for me.

**Side note** You could use any frozen fruit just make sure it equals 1 cup total.
