Whole 30 Challenge Day 12




Day 2 of my work weekend and already it feels like 5 days! I could never go back to 9-5 though!!! I love what I do, I wish I could have all of my friends on one shift…that is just a dream. Oh well, today for breakfast I had 3 pieces of bacon along with my strawberry smoothie. Snacks consisted of my deli meat roll up and cashews. For lunch I had my kielbasa and cabbage. Today’s work out was 75 jumping jacks and 10 leg lifts! I did all 10 without stopping….I can’t say the same for the jumping jacks BUT I did them, and that is what counts! Today was a slow say considering the full moon aftermath. My dinner tonight was bacon wrapped scalops , half a sweet potato and kale. I can’t get enough of kale!
