Whole 30 Challenge Day 16




Well it was another fun day at work to say the least. I am drinking so much more water now that I have added a natural healthy alternative to my artificial sweeteners. I am really digging the fruit water. It is so refreshing and I feel like I am at a spa when I am drinking it. I encourage all of you to go out and try it. Today was my Chocolate Cherry Frap. Snacks consisted of 3 slices of bacon, some cashews, 1 apple and a plum. 

For lunch I made a salad with my Ropa Vieja. I shredded some iceberg lettuce and placed the chicken over top of it with a little bit of almond cheddar cheese. 

I decided on breakfast for dinner, steak and eggs. I sauteed some kale in bacon grease, and cooked two eggs over easy and placed them on top of grilled flank steak. YUM-O and super fast and easy!!
