Whole 30 Challenge Day 20


Jackpot! Mint Chocolate Shake:

1 cup almond milk

2 drops of mint extract

1 yellow banana with spots

1 tbls Hershey coco powder

1 scoop protein powder

Mint Chocolate Shake

Had this bad boy after doing 20 sit ups, 15 crunches and 10 jumping jacks and my arms. I am a HUGE mint chocolate chip ice cream fan, that and chocolate chip cookie dough…are you seeing a pattern here? I am a choco-holic! I feel like I should start a support group. Hi my name is Jessi and I am a choco-holic….Hi Jessi. Now that we have gotten past that my mind is raving to create a chocolate  chip cookie dough shake…hmmm. Any who I am off track. For lunch today I decided on a grass fed burger topped with a “die egg man”, over easy egg wrapped in a lettuce wrap.

For dinner tonight I marinated two chicken breast in lemon juice, lemon pepper, minced garlic, olive oil, and summer savory herb. I sauteed a big sweet onion in my cast iron skillet and baked a sweet potato.

  2. You are doing great. You food looks pretty also. The piece of chicken looks like a real chicken with it’s legs under it.
