Quick post today. I have made it 21 days! GO ME also GO YOU if you also starting a goal of your own. Breakfast was another awesome Mint Smoothie, for snacks I had an apple, plum, lunch meat roll up. For lunch I had my chicken and sauteed onions, even better the next day. Dinner will be chicken filet mignon, a tomato and a small avocado. I took a rest day from the gym due to an awful rain storm during my workout time. I have a very special smoothie to present to my wonderful followers tomorrow!
